Breath of Joy is an extension of a journey that began in 1996 in the field of self-development and life skills. This journey has continued through long-standing experience in training, life-skills coaching, and breathwork techniques. It emerged as a safe and inclusive space designed to empower individuals, enhance inner balance, and help build a positive personality that breathes with awareness, presence, and peace.

At Breath of Joy, we value and respect the traditions and customs of our community. For this reason, some programs are offered separately for men and women depending on the nature of the activity, while many retreats are dedicated exclusively to women, providing a supportive atmosphere that promotes serenity and inner harmony.

We offer a wide range of courses, workshops, and individual and group sessions that support emotional and mental well-being, helping participants release stress, regain clarity, and restore emotional balance.
